Bryton Cagle

Bryton Cagle Welding Instructor

Welding Instructor

I’m from Fort Scott, Kansas, and I’ve been working in the welding industry for the past 10 years. Throughout my career, I spent four years traveling for work, gaining valuable experience, and seeing firsthand the opportunities that a career in welding can provide.

I chose to become an instructor because I have a genuine passion for helping people chase their goals and build a better future for themselves. There’s nothing more rewarding to me than watching a student learn something new, overcome challenges, and grow both their skills and confidence.

I’m passionate about sharing the knowledge and experience I’ve gained throughout my career and helping the next generation of welders develop the skills they need to succeed in the industry. My goal as an instructor is not only to teach welding, but to help students believe in themselves and realize what they’re capable of accomplishing.

“Someone once told me, ‘You’ll never get what you wish for. You will only get what you work for and what you put your mind to.’”
