COVID-19 Updates & Response

April 28, 2020

HWA will be resuming training at our facility on Wednesday, April 29th . We have been approved to operate based upon the Kansas Essential Function Framework (KEFF)  We will be following all guidelines as laid out by the CDC, the state of Kansas, and Sedgwick county.  This includes reduced schedule, providing additional PPE, enhanced cleaning and disinfection, and social distancing.  The safety of our students and staff remains top priority during this time, and HWA will continue to monitor the Covid-19 situation locally and make changes as needed.

All students and staff have been provided with the current policy and procedures for operating under Covid-19 safety protocols.

HWA will remained closed to visitors, or for in person tours at this time. Our staff is working remotely and is available via phone, email, messenger, etc to answer any questions during office hours. We have the capability to conduct “virtual” tours if requested.

We are still enrolling new students for tentative late spring/summer start dates.
