Great place to learn the trade

Absolutely the best welding school you could go to. I went through the pipe program myself and it was one of the best decisions I could have made. Small, close-knit classes. You spend 90 percent of your time in the welding booth. These are great people, and they’ll do you right, if you’re willing to put the work in.

Great school and great people running it, they will all go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need to start a career in welding.

Family owned and operated. They were even kind enough to let my son try welding for the very first time. Lots of options for aid and this is geared to get you the needed stick time to be successful in the field.

A great school, they are changing the culture, teaching all the right things and how to be not only a great welder but a great individual outside of welding. The instructors and staff are very friendly and always here to help. Brandon (The Lead Instructor) has been an immense help as I work my way through the pipe fitting course. I recommend this school to anyone who is even remotely considering this industry, even if it is just structural code.

I am extremely grateful for this facility and its staff. The entire building is clean, well-organized, and clearly maintained with care. The instructors consistently go above and beyond, putting in the time, effort, and energy to make sure every student gets the attention they need to succeed. Their dedication shows, and it makes a real difference in the learning experience at HWA.

Great school amazing people everyone there just wants to see you succeed not just under the hood but in life. They helped my gain the knowledge and skills needed to go into the workforce and be successful.

I graduated HWA June of 21, and it was a great time. I was an out of state student and they made me feel welcome the whole time. Chuck is a great instructor along with a great mentor for getting into the industry. The other instructors Brandon and Eric were patient and always made things fun.

Their program is exactly how a welding school should be. They offer the meat and potatoes without the unnecessary coursework that other schools in the area do. The instructors care about success, but it is earned- you get what you put in. Many opportunities available to graduates who put in the effort.

I’m currently enrolled as student at Heartland Welding Academy and it has been an excellent experience for the 3 months I’ve been going. The instructor/founder is incredibly knowledgeable and has the class setup to simulate on the job welding. I would definitely recommend stopping in and taking a tour of the facility if you’re interested in becoming a welder

Heartland welding academy is an amazing school for someone that is wanting to earn certifications and do lots of hands on learning in a fast paced 6-month period. You will start welding on the first day!!! They have amazing instructors with lots of one on one time to assist with any troubles you might be having. All around great place to get you in the field in 3-6 months!!

This is a great school. The instructors here are very knowledgeable in what they teach and always willing to help one on one if you’re struggling. I would definitely recommend this school to anyone thinking about going into this field.

Is a great place to learn to weld. It’s the only place you start learning in a weld booth on your first day. I have never welded before and now in three months I’m welding pipe and ready to learn more.

Awesome environment to learn how to weld in. Instructors works with you on any problems you may have. Makes sure you understand what the actual welding field is going to be like.

I am currently a student at Heartland Academy. When I first started school there I wasn’t sure if it was something I really wanted to do in life because I’m not the smartest when it comes to mechanics, but being here in school and having such great help from Chuck changed my entire mindset. Heartland is an awesome place with great instructors and I highly recommend any beginner welders that want to make welding their career to apply at this school. A huge thank you to Jessica and Charles for this opportunity in life.

I went to visit Heartland Welding Academy today and I was really impressed. It was very organized and clean. The owner/instructor Charles, was very patient and kind with his students. It’s a great school to sharpen your pipe welding skills or other welding skills. They spend a lot of their class time doing hands on training. I think these welding graduates will be highly sought after when they finish school. They nice a nice group of welders that were producing some pretty high quality welds. I took some pictures and a video of the instructor. The welders are doing a 6G GTAW/SMAW pipe certified weld.

Enjoyed all 6 months here. I had Brandon in night classes and it was amazing. Excellent teachers, Chuck is the man to all ur questions involved with welding. Best welding school in the USA!
